The food options were excellent, especially the surprisingly good wings from the hotel restaurant. The staff worked hard to be accommodating, and parking was easy to manage. The service at times could feel icy was nice. The hotel itself seems a bit outdated and could use some refurbishing. A decent experience but there's room for improvement.

Everything was excellent, including very friendly staff like a manager. The location was incredible and stunning, very close to the Courtyard downtown, Center and the train station and highway. Plus, it was 10 minutes by car to a Cummings park.

The personalized service from the desk attendant made a difference, as they directed us to a better deal online. The ice bags in the freezer were a thoughtful touch.

The hotel was overall very nice and truly exceptional with top-class personnel like a manager. The location offered was comfortable near shopping mall and train station and front desk staff, Close to restaurants and the train station and other local places. It also was in Center of town. Delicious dishes were served at the lobby restaurant.
